Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours of order placement. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Most orders are shipped from Boston, MA.

Extra shipping charges may apply to orders from Alaska and Hawaii. We will contact customers in Alaska and Hawaii after the order has been placed to advise of any additional shipping fees. Order may be cancelled with no penalty if customer does not agree to additional shipping fee.

We do not ship outside the United States.

Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.

Return Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from The Travelled Home does not meet your expectations, you may return the item in original condition (including all original packaging) for a complete refund.

To receive your refund, please notify us via email at info@ thetravelledhome.com within 15 days of placing the order. Notifications after 15 days of placing the order will be ineligible for return. Upon receipt of notification The Travelled Home will issue a refund to your credit card for the original purchase less the cost of original shipping. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that item must be shipped using a trackable method. Items shipped without tracking that we do not receive will not be eligible for refund.

Please allow 2-4 business days for refund processing from date of package receipt. Please allow an additional 9-10 days for credit to post to your credit card. Some credits may post earlier.
